Rainy day recipe…

I wish I could say it’s bright and sunny here, but it’s been raining since last night. All. Day. Long. Goodness! I had to run out in the rain to bring in my newly-potted marigolds so they wouldn’t “drown”. Rainy days like today are perfect for one pot comfort meals though.
